Project summary - 2009

In 2009 Toroki completed several complicated projects implementing SMB and enterprise solutions on the FASTPATH® platform.

Main technologies involved:

  • Several Layer 2 protocol implementations for the FASTPATH® platform
  • 10G Ethernet port support
  • OpenFlow technology – an open standard that enables researchers to run experimental protocols
  • Next-generation Web UI system for managing network equipment
  • Ethernet Audio-Video protocol implementation for large-scale multimedia networks
  • Power-saving technologies in Gigabit Ethernet switches
  • Support for the PoE technology in Gigabit Ethernet switches

What is more, Toroki performed support and maintenance services for several FASTPATH®-based products. A high level of engineers’ proficiency allows them to research and fix complicated tasks related to software issues, hardware configurations, traffic flows, and network topologies.

Our customers are permanent customers, and our young team is a team of experts who are trained to meet the challenges creatively and meet the deadlines in time.

Large-size project (FASTPATH 5.0 platform)

March 2008, Toroki completed development stage of large-size project, where almost all engineering was performed in Ukraine. The project is now successfully moved to QA stage.

Toroki performed full customization of new FASTPATH-based product. There was used the latest version of FASTPATH 5.0, containing couple of improvements, and some new features were introduced. Project included implementation and extension of several L2 protocols and advanced hardware configuration.
